How do you bill for a one-time purchase of Tendera-OB or Multia?
A one-time purchase of Tendera-OB is a three-month supply. Your credit card will be charged $24.99 once per month for 3 months, or a single charge of $74.97 (depending on the option you select).
A one-time purchase of Multia is a three-month supply. Your credit card will be charged $21.99 once per month for 3 months, or a single charge of $65.97 (depending on the option you select).

How much do you charge for shipping?
For all products, standard shipping is FREE. And is delivered in 3-5 days. Expedited shipping is a flat fee of $12.99 and delivery is 2-3 days.

How can I get a refund?

How do I place an order?
It is easy. Select the product, quantity you want and click proceed to checkout. You may need to create an account, you will need to have your credit card handy to proceed with the checkout procedure.

Can I make changes to my order after I have submitted it?

Tendera-OB and Multia both have an auto-ship option. -

How can I find out the status of my order?

Do I need to set up an account to shop on the website?
Tendera-OB and Multia customers will need to set up an account because of auto-ship and monthly billing. All other customers can either create an account or checkout as guests.

I have changed my address, email address and/or credit card. How do I change my account information?
It is easy. Log in to your account. Once in, select My Account. Go to whatever section needs an update and select edit.

I've forgotten the password for my account. What should I do?
On the Top of the Homepage, select My Account. Use your email address for this account and select forgot password.

Usually within 24 hours.

All orders are shipped from New Jersey.

What are your shipping options? How much does each cost, and how long will it take?
Standard shipping is free and takes 3-5 days; expedited shipping is 2-3 days and costs $12.99.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Sure. As you process your order, fill out the section “Ship To” with the address for shipping. It may be different than the billing address but that is okay with us.

What is Auto Ship?
The auto-ship option is a great choice for busy people. No more trips to busy stores and pharmacies. No potentially high copays and deductibles, and no pharmacy lines. Your product will be delivered right to your door in a 3-month supply. Every 3 months you receive your next product supply. The auto-ship Plan is easy to cancel and your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Auto-Ship Pricing Policy: The price per bottle will remain at least 6% below the One-Time Delivery price at the time of shipment, for as long as you are participating in the auto-ship Program.

How do I join Auto Ship?
Auto-Ship is an option during the checkout process for Tendera-OB and Multia. Simply select auto-ship and follow the steps. Auto-Ship can be canceled at any time. To Cancel auto-ship, click on "My Account" at the top of the homepage and select "Tendera-OB Payment Status" or “Multia Payment Status”. Click "Edit" under "Change Order or Credit Card". Click the Cancel button.
